Where Youth are Encouraged to Shine!
Takes Place every November!
The prestigious FAB AWARDS GALA is KFW's biggest night that serves multiple purposes. It is where we recognize youth and adults in our network who have contributed to the organization, to their communities, and has exceled in their craft.
It also serves as the organization's largest fundraiser benefit as we welcome board members, sponsors, donors, community leaders, and all who believe in the impact of our programming.
Guests can expect a 4-course meal, cash bar options, live entertainment, raffles, photo opts and an opportunity to pour into the next generation of leaders.

Model of The Year
Model of the year is given to a male and a female model who have been nominated and received the most votes. The nominated model must have at least two years of experience with KFW and must have walked in at least one of the runways for the celebratory year.
Community Award
The community award is awarded to youth in our network who have been nominated and received the most votes. This honoree has shown dedication to their community by volunteering their time, both on and off the runway. The nominated model must have participated in at least one of KFW's events for the celebratory year.
Youth Designer of the Year
The youth designer is awarded to the designer who has been nominated and received the most votes. The nominated designer must have shown a collection in at least one of the runways for the celebratory year.
Adult Designer of the Year
The adult designer is awarded to a supporting adult who has been nominated and received the most votes. The nominated designer must have shown a collection in at least one of the runways for the celebratory year.
The FAB Award
The FAB Award is not selected by the public. The recipient is chosen by the KFW team based on their contribution to the larger community, their passion for their craft as well as their continuous support of the KFW Network.
The Legacy Award
The Legacy Award is not selected by the public and is not given out at every event. This honor is reserved for alumni models, youth participants, or adult community members whose dedication and contributions have contributed to the organization's success and impact.
